Running cost
Monthly cloud and LLM cost comes from a pricing script, not from estimates in prose. The base case is about ₹6,000 a month for one plant and about ₹2,900 to ₹3,200 per plant from 5 to 100 plants. The database is the biggest line, especially after the D20 move to Tiger Cloud with an HA replica at about 10 plants. The LLM line stays under ₹600 per plant per month with the low-cost default model. These are Stamped's costs, not prices, savings or revenue, and Plant Box hardware is excluded.

- One plant: about ₹6,000 a month (₹5,500 to ₹9,600 across low and high).
- 5 to 100 plants: about ₹2,900 to ₹3,200 per plant per month.
- Biggest line: the database. D20 moves it to Tiger Cloud with an HA replica at about 10 plants; at the 25- and 100-plant tiers it is 60% to 66% of the bill. The script prices 1, 5, 25 and 100 plants; between 10 and 25 plants the per-plant cost is higher than at 25, because the fixed Tiger and HA cost is shared by fewer plants.
- LLM: under ₹600 per plant per month with the low-cost default (D21). A frontier model at list price for every call would be about 25 times that, which is why the per-tenant budget exists.
- Excluded: Plant BoxPlant-side computer for the fast loop (direction; D4) hardware, WhatsApp fees, GST, people time, reserved-instance discounts, air-gapped deals.
